New Music Coming

This one is going to be short.

Friday 28th a brand new single will be coming out.

It seems like she’s doing another DJ collab based off the success of Changing and Lullaby (definitely two of the most popular songs in the set). This time it’s with Jonas Blue. The song is called Mistakes… annnnnd, that’s everything I know. It’s coming out on the same day as Lady Gaga’s new single, so, yeah.

Can’t wait to have a butchers and see what’s cooking for 2020.

Christmas Is Coming – Ho Ho Ho

Is everyone looking forward to the festive season?

I’ve been making the most of the Black Friday deals and splurging on some new costumes. My two favourite designers that I get originals as worn by Paloma (that are in my price range, cos that woman has got EXPENSIVE TASTE!) from are Nadine Merabi and Vivien of Holloway.

Vivien of Holloway: Has been with Paloma from the beginning even before the Do You Want The Truth or Something Beautiful era of vintage, pin-up, burlesque and later even made a custom dress just for Paloma, which I hope she might do soon for general release, but it is lovely that she’s done something so special just for her.

Vivien Wilson is a beautiful soul and her clothes are to die for. She has a boutique in London.

Check out all her vintage inspired glamour here: https://www.vivienofholloway.com/

Nadine Merabi: Appeared on the Architect tour/Festival season. She was wearing the Bella Jumpsuit on Radio 1s Big Weekend and Newmarket Races. Just for Christmas Nadine has released a limited edition red Bella. So… obviously I just had to snap it up… 😉

I love the Merabi looks and she’s a local designer to me based in Manchester. https://www.nadinemerabi.com/

Here are the pervious Bella looks:

The Christmas lovelies:

These are from the website, as soon as I have some shots from live performances I’ll add them. Whoop!

Festival Season and Summer Holidays

Hello all!

It’s… summer, nearly. Bless the good old British weather. It’s definitely trying hard to confuse the living hell out of all of us.

I’ve had a really busy August so far with lots of Pride events, festivals and holiday park bookings. Because of the pants weather and the postponement of Chester Pride I’ve added in a new song, taken from Paloma’s Fall To Grace tour, Ann Peebles or The Commitments (depending how old you are) ‘I Can’t Stand The Rain’ a new challenge for Dave at Alibi and a fab addition to my cruise show.

Here’s to what’s left of the summer and maybe a very warm September.

Tribute Awards July 2019

Well, I’m a little behind in my Blog updates, I completely missed June and we are nearly at the end of July.

What a cracking summer I’ve had so far.

The beginning of this month I was very pleased to be placed in the Top 5 as Best Newcomer by the National Music Tribute Awards. They gave me an absolutely stunning write up that got me a little teary:

“With vocals powerful enough to rival Paloma herself, Pure Paloma is a truly beautiful performer, honest, raw, & undeniably talented, she captivates the audience with a cheeky smile. Theatrically trained she is more than a vocalist, Pure Paloma is a full package performer & daring entertainer!”

I couldn’t stick around for too long though, as I had an early flight to get the next morning for my flight to the Algarve. It was a great night and although I didn’t take home the coveted prize for Best Newcomer, to be recognised as one of the best up and coming tribute performers is definitely something I’m really proud of in my first year.

Here’s to where the show will take me in the future!
